Martha Batiz and No Stars in the Sky

Author Martha Batiz’s book No Stars in the Sky with a bottle of Rum Zacapa (Ron Zacapa).

About the Book: Martha describes her stories as “haunting.” NO STARS IN THE SKY is a collection of stories crafted for the twenty-first century, brimming with unforgettable characters.

About the Beverage: When ask about the pairing, Martha said, “my stories talk about Latin America, and among Latinos rum is a very popular drink.
